When you register, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address. When you participate in referrals, we collect contact details you provide about referred individuals.
We record referral activities, commission earned, cashout requests, and the payout details required to pay you — your bank account details and your IC or passport number, which we collect to verify your identity before making any payment to your bank account.
As our platform operates via WhatsApp, we process messages exchanged between our AI agents and referred contacts. These conversations are used to facilitate sales and track referral outcomes.
We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, and usage analytics to improve our service.
We use your information to operate the GoGive referral platform, calculate and pay your commission to your bank account, verify your identity for payout, communicate with you via WhatsApp, improve our AI conversation quality, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and tax obligations, and send you relevant updates about your earnings and new products.
We share your information with product partners (such as TM Unifi, LG) only as necessary to process referral orders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with banks and payment processors to pay your commission, and with government or tax authorities where required by Malaysian law — for example, reporting commission paid to you (such as CP58) where applicable. We may also disclose data to law enforcement if required by Malaysian law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication via OTP, and regular security audits. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years in compliance with Malaysian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us via WhatsApp.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and request deletion of your account. To exercise these rights, contact us via WhatsApp.
