We record referral activities, commission earnings, withdrawal requests, and payment details necessary to process payouts to your bank account.
As our platform operates via WhatsApp, we process messages exchanged between our AI agents and referred contacts. These conversations are used to facilitate sales and track referral outcomes.
We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, and usage analytics to improve our service.
We use your information to operate the GoGive referral platform, process commissions and payouts, communicate with you via WhatsApp, improve our AI conversation quality, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and send you relevant updates about your earnings and new products.
We share your information with product partners (such as TM Unifi, LG) only as necessary to process referral orders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors to facilitate withdrawals, and with law enforcement if required by Malaysian law.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years in compliance with Malaysian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us via WhatsApp.
