By accessing or using GoGive.ai ("the Platform"), operated by Convert4U Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported country (currently Malaysia) to use GoGive. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
GoGive is an AI-powered referral platform. As a registered GoGiver, you refer potential customers by sharing their contact information. Our AI agents conduct sales conversations via WhatsApp on behalf of product partners. When a referred customer completes a purchase, you earn commission points that can be converted to cash.
You must have a reasonable basis to believe the referred person may be interested in the product. You must not submit false, fraudulent, or spam referrals. You must not impersonate other people or submit referrals without a genuine connection. Self-referrals are not permitted. Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
Commission points are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase. Point values and multipliers vary by product and may change at any time. Points are subject to a 30-day vesting period. Payouts are processed to your registered Malaysian bank account. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 10. GoGive reserves the right to withhold or clawback points in cases of order cancellations, fraud, or policy violations.
Our AI agents communicate with referred contacts via WhatsApp on behalf of product partners. GoGive makes reasonable efforts to ensure AI conversations are accurate, helpful, and compliant. However, GoGive does not guarantee that every conversation will result in a sale. You acknowledge that the AI acts independently after you submit a referral.
You agree not to use the Platform for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices, submit fabricated referrals to earn illegitimate commissions, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or harass, abuse, or harm other users or referred contacts.
GoGive reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any unvested points are forfeited. Vested earnings will be paid out per our standard withdrawal process.
All content, branding, AI technology, and software on the Platform are owned by Convert4U Sdn Bhd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
GoGive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp.
