By accessing or using GoGive.ai ("the Platform"), powered by Convert4U, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported country (currently Malaysia) to use GoGive. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
GoGive is an AI-powered referral platform. As a registered GoGiver, you refer potential customers by sharing their contact information. Our AI agents conduct sales conversations via WhatsApp on behalf of product partners. When a referred customer completes a purchase, you earn a commission. In addition, a single-level bonus may apply: if a GoGiver you personally introduced to the platform closes their own referral, you may earn a small bonus on that — limited to one level only, with no requirement to recruit anyone.
You must have a reasonable basis to believe the referred person may be interested in the product. You must not submit false, fraudulent, or spam referrals. You must not impersonate other people or submit referrals without a genuine connection. Self-referrals are not permitted. Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
Your earnings on GoGive are commission owed to you for successful referrals. They are not a deposit, not stored value, and not an electronic money balance, and they carry no monetary value until paid out to your registered bank account. GoGive does not hold or custody your funds, and you cannot top up, load, or deposit money into your account.
Commission is earned only when a referred order is completed and confirmed. Commission amounts vary by product and may change at any time. Commission may be withheld, reduced, or reversed (clawed back) if the underlying order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
To receive payment you must provide valid bank account details and your IC or passport number for identity verification. With no bank details or unverified identity, no payout can be made. Once your available commission reaches the minimum of RM20, you may request a cashout, and we will pay it only by bank transfer to your own verified bank account. Earnings are non-transferable, cannot be paid to another person, and cannot be used as a payment instrument for goods or services. Cashout requests are processed within a few business days, and GoGive may verify a request before payment and may decline or delay payment where fraud, error, or breach is suspected.
You are responsible for any taxes on commission you receive. GoGive may be required to report amounts paid to you to the relevant authorities (for example, CP58) and may request additional information from you for that purpose.
Our AI agents communicate with referred contacts via WhatsApp on behalf of product partners. GoGive makes reasonable efforts to ensure AI conversations are accurate, helpful, and compliant. However, GoGive does not guarantee that every conversation will result in a sale. You acknowledge that the AI acts independently after you submit a referral.
You agree not to use the Platform for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices, submit fabricated referrals to earn illegitimate commissions, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or harass, abuse, or harm other users or referred contacts.
GoGive reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, commission for orders that are cancelled, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms is forfeited. Commission for valid, completed orders that has been earned but not yet paid will be paid out to your verified bank account per our standard payout process.
All content, branding, AI technology, and software on the Platform are owned by Convert4U Sdn Bhd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
GoGive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp.
